This testimonial is 3 years overdue. Even now thinking about the events surrounding the very sudden loss of our Brother Juan Carlos is difficult. At a time where we were in shock and could not have been more unprepared, Milos really came through. He was incredibly kind and sympathetic to us. Not only did he help us with the arrangements for the wake but having dealt with military funerals in the past he made sure that Juan Carlos received everything he was entitled to as a Combat Veteran at the military cemetery. A lot of work went into making that difficult day come together. Milos and the staff made everything so seamless that we were able to focus on each other and not worry about anything else. I am so grateful for them. My sincere apologies for waiting so long to publicly thank Milos and everyone involved at the Funeral Home that day. They went above and beyond in our time of need.
